Hi, I’m Jacqui!

I am a registered dietitian nutritionist, wife, and mom of two humans and a dog! I love hanging out with my family, going to the beach or lake, being active and eating good food with great friends. I have always had an interest in nutrition and decided I wanted to become a dietitian when I was fifteen years old!

I have been practicing in Maine since I received my credentials in 2012 after completing six years of further education in the subject. I have worked with people of all ages and genders and my passion lies in working with the perinatal community. I mean, it is so cool how we can make and grow other humans inside ourselves, birth them, sustain them, nurture them as they are navigating how to eat, enjoy meals with them, and eventually they can cook for us (you’ll get there one day 😉)! Nutrition is a valuable part of parenting, no matter how your child came to you. I love to support parents who have a child through means of adoption or surrogacy, and beyond the birthing years.

I’d be honored to be a part of your parenthood journey!
